Always looking to understand how things work, Todor is fascinated by technology since early age. He creates his first computer program already in 1996, when he is 11, and since then creating software remains his passion. Todor’s professional carrier starts more than 15 years ago and goes through all steps – from building software to managing his own software company. In addition to technology, in the last 9 years Todor has been dedicated to building organizations focused on democratic values. One of them is the software studio Obecto – a digital cooperative based on transparency, technocracy, and self-management.
As an agile coach, trainer and consultant Bernhard support individuals, teams and organizations in navigating complex challenges and developing a culture of effective, conscious and joyful collaboration. He has vast experience in change management, collaboration, organizational development, leadership, agile and lean, software development, product management, personal and organizational coaching and facilitation.
Bernhard is the co-creator of Sociocracy 3.0 – a free and open, principles based framework of patterns for people wishing to collaborate more effectively and grow happy, humane organisations. It builds on sociocratic practices, integrating principles from Agile / Lean and Non-Violent Communication and provides a rich variety of compatible options to choose from and adapt, according to unique context and needs. It addresses generic complexities arising when collaboration needs to scale across multiple teams and domains and acts as a “social technology” for raising self-accountability and engagement while promoting respect, diversity and inclusion.
Vitaliy is part of the digital cooperative Camplight. He likes rollerblading, creating value for the society, dancing, crafting technology products on international level, and developing himself exponentially together with the teams he collaborates with at Camplight. He has been in the IT industry for almost 10 years, and for the past 7 years he has been evolving constantly by contributing to the ecosystem of transparent, flat, self-organizing, decentralized companies. At Camplight, he has switched between many roles and responsibilities – from dealing with contracts, through looking for customers, to programming and leading internal initiatives.
He has seen a lot of situations of success and failure for digital cooperatives. He is walking the way with Camplight since day 0, which – for a 5-year-old company, goes through different phases while managing to establish itself on the market. Through awareness, good attitude and proper habits, Vitaliy tries to support unleashing the full potential of self-organization.
As a psychologist Gergana is interested in the collective: how we can cooperate and achieve common goals without losing our individualities, how we can build space where differences are resources and not source of conflict, what makes a community follow a leader and what helps a leader find the best way to serve a community.
Gergana guides teams and their leaders in discovering the right direction and living up to their full potential. She has been certified by two of the most prestigious coach training institutes in the world – CTI, USA and CRR Global, USA. She believes that successful businesses of the future are those that learn to think and act systemically and deliver triply sustainable solutions – not only financially but also socially and environmentally sustainable ones.
And one of them we shall reveal at the event!
Following the tradition of last year's event, we have invited an inspirational guest that we'll keep in secret until the day of the event. Come and find out, it's worth it, we promise!
